Product Introduction
The BECHUR 5 Ton Battery-Powered Trackless Electric Transfer Cart is a heavy-duty in-plant transport vehicle that requires no rail installation and is powered by an onboard battery. Solid rubber wheels allow it to operate on common factory floors such as concrete, epoxy-coated surfaces and steel plates. The vehicle uses a DC battery power system with integrated electrical controls and supports in-place turning, forward and reverse travel, start/stop and speed adjustment. It is primarily used for short-distance handling of heavy workpieces, molds, equipment and materials within factory workshops.

Strong Floor Adaptability
No embedded rails are required. Solid wear-resistant rubber drive wheels allow operation on ordinary flat floors. Pivot turning supports unrestricted movement across workshop zones and workstations, while factory renovation or layout changes do not require changes to floor infrastructure.
Battery Powered
Built-in large-capacity industrial battery with onboard charging interface. A full charge supports several hours of continuous operation. With no external cable or conductor rail, the cart can move flexibly indoors and outdoors.
Safety Protection
Red emergency-stop button allows one-touch power cut-off in an emergency. Ventilation ducts reduce overheating during continuous operation of electrical controls and drive motors. Reserved lifting rings make maintenance, relocation and hoisting convenient.
Robust Structure
Thickened welded-steel load deck and reinforced frame provide 5-ton rated capacity. The flat deck resists deformation and can carry pallets, fixtures, heavy boxes, molds and other loads. Deck dimensions are customizable.

Wired pendant and wireless remote control modes are supported (optional). Forward/reverse and speed control are straightforward. Damping and buffering support smooth low-speed starts and stops and help protect precision workpieces. Operators can learn quickly.
